我有一科叫做英文文學 (English Literature)，咁老師就要我o地搵一篇o既英文詩 (poem)，最少要16行，就要我o地o係堂上時背俾大家聽，我又唔知邊到有，所以想上o黎問 =33= 我想大家幫我搵一篇英文詩，最少十六行，我想係d英文唔好太過簡單，但亦都唔好太過深，適合中學生o既程度，而且詩中含意要令人容易明，仲有我想大家俾首詩o既discription我，因為係計分o架! 由於事情緊急 -33- 答到我o既重重有賞 (20分呀) 更新: 係呀，仲要易記添架 更新 2: 我要description呀....
The Lockless Door by Robert Frost It went many years, But at last came a knock, And I though of the door With no lock to lock. I blew out the light, I tip-toed the floor, And raised both hands In prayer to the door. But the knock came again. My window was wide; I climbed on the sill And descended outside. Back over the sill I bade a ' Come in' ; To whatever the knock At the door may have been. So at a knock I emptied my cage To hide in the world And alter with age. Acquainted With the Night by Robert Frost I have been one acquainted with the night. I have walked out in rain --and back in rain. I have outwalked the furthest city light. I have looked down the saddest city lane. I have passed by the watchman on his beat And dropped my eyes, unwilling to explain. I have stood still and stopped the sound of feet When far away an interrupted cry Came over houses from another street, But not to call me back or say good-bye; And further still at an unearthly height One luminary clock against the sky Proclaimed the time was neither wrong nor right. I have been one acquainted with the night. Four nonsense rhymes Mrs White had a fright In the middle of the night. She saw a ghost eating toast Half-way up a lamp post. One,two three, Mother caught a flea. She put it in the teapot And made a cup of tea. The flea jumped out. Mother gave a shout. In come Father With his shirt hanging out. Maary Jane went to Spain In chocolate aeroplane . The door fell in,and she fell out And landed on a chimney spout. The elephant is a pretty bird. It flies from bough to bough. It builds its nest in a rhubarb tree And wheistles like a cow.
